UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
The customer receives a message via e-mail or SMS that the package has arrived at the collection point. Packages that are not collected will be returned to the sender as unclaimed. You as a customer will then be charged for shipping costs, return shipping and administrative costs.
INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, films and software, belongs to HYLTARP HORSES AB or its content provider and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or distribute any content without express written consent from HYLTARP HORSES AB.
BUY
If you wish to purchase a product through our website, you may be asked to provide certain information that is relevant to your purchase.
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that this information is correct, complete and up-to-date.
We process your personal data to be able to handle and deliver your order and to be able to provide you with information about your delivery and/or possible returns and complaints.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free shipping for orders over SEK 750. Delivery time is usually 2-3 days from the delivery date.
RETURNS
As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of return from the time you receive your order from us. The product(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when delivered, in its original packaging and intact with tags.
When you as a customer make a return, we will charge you SEK 49. This amount is deducted in connection with the refund and is independent of the shipping method.
Email info@hyltarp.se and state your order number and which item(s) you want to return.
Refund of the returned products will be made after we have received and checked the products.
ERRORS IN DELIVERY OR TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If there are problems with your delivery, for example if you receive an incorrect, damaged product or the wrong quantity, please contact our customer service immediately at info@hyltarp.se
If you discover visible damage to the package upon delivery, please report this directly to DHL at the time of receipt. For any hidden damage that may have occurred during transport, report it to the aforementioned company as soon as it is discovered.
