Measurements & measuring guide
How do I know which rug fits my horse best?
It is important to choose the right size and model of the horse's rug so that it fits both practically and comfortably.
The rug must be large enough for your horse to move freely but not so loose that it loses its fit.
A well-fitted rug lies close to the shoulder and well over the withers. With the right fit, the rug will stay in place on the horse without shifting forward, backward, or sideways.
Here, you will find information on how to measure your horse, and various size guides.
This video shows the measurement that you should keep in mind to determine the size of the rug for your horse.
You measure from A to B and then subtract 10 cm. You can then compare the measurement you get after this with the size table to see which size fits.
